As a founder of the company, Ms. Sylvia brings an extensive background of practical 19 years experiences in legal consulting across various industries from oil and mining to aviation and from media entertainment to food industry. Before founding One Link Consulting, Ms. Sylvia was a founder in AMKM Law Firm where she leads some challenging legal cases including Lowe Advertising Agency and BGP Inc., one subsidiary of China Petroleum Company.

For the past 19 years, Ms. Sylvia has been placing in some major big cities all over the world, from London, Nice, Montpellier, Japan, Hongkong, Dubai, Sydney, Melbourne to Singapore & Kuala Lumpur as an active legal consultant in both corporate and individual in the areas of oil & gas, mining industry, international trade, restructuring-merger & acquisition, foreign investment, real estate and property sector. Ms. Sylvia recently served on the advisory board of ORBIT –Observer On International Trade- An Investment Magazine. Presently, she is lecturing the subjects of International Law, International Business Law, International Environmental Law and Indonesia International Private Law at Faculty of Law, Indonusa Esa Unggul University, and International Business Law in Binus International University as well as lecturing International Law, International Business Law, Indonesia International Private Law, and Introduction to Law at Pelita Harapan University, Social and Political Sciences Faculty, International Relations Program, Karawaci. She hold both a S.H degree majoring in International Law and Master In Business Law from University of Indonesia. Ms. Maladi is member of Indonesian Advocates Association ( PERADI ) and Chairman of Committee for Women and Children Protection - Branch Executive Board (DPC) PERADI West Jakarta
