Senior Partner

Acquiring his Bachelor Law degree from Atmajaya Catholic University majoring International Law, and his Master Law degree majoring Business Law from Universitas Indonesia; Davidson also studied Anglo-American Law and European Company Law at Friedrich-Schiller Universität, Jena-Germany and Media and Communication Science at the Technische Universität Ilmenau -Germany.   

Prior to joining One Link Consulting, Mr. Samosir has worked in several prominent law firms in Jakarta. He has been working also as Chief Editor at hukumonline.com (Indonesia’s no.1 legal news online media), writing an English analysis of recent Indonesian laws and regulations, legal news and events which audience’ are legal scholars and practitioners.  Due to his elaborative and comprehensive understanding of the Indonesian regulatory framework of the General Corporate, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Industry, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication & Media, and also Corporate Litigation area in Indonesia, he is welcomed as a Senior Partner in One Link Consulting.  

Mr. Samosir is currently teaching both International program and regular program of the subject International Trade Law and Private International Law (Conflicts of Law) at Universitas Pelita Harapan-Karawaci.
