Along with his PhD in Systemic Behavioral Modeling from Universite Bordeaux -France, Mr. Dèchamps has broadened his academic experiences in various business ventures including assembly plants, recycling & construction and wine concession.

Appointed by the French Ministry of Industry in developing new technology in The Care Field, Mr. Dèchamps is now working in the academic research and development field in a joint venture among Universitas Indonesia - Center of Aging Studies & Universitas Pancasila - Jakarta, The UMC St. Radboud of Nijmegen in The Netherlands and The Memory Center - State Hospital of Nice, France.
